Good evening, for our midnight snack I cooked sweet potato donut, this is my first time to make it, but I was glad because its perfect. Not bad for first timer. Next time I will make it again. Have you tried sweet potato donut?

Sweet potato donuts look good but I never tried them. Sweet potatoes we eat plane after boiling or make sweet out of it.

@resukill22 My aunty used to have sweet potato farm long long time back and when it was harvested whole house used to be full of sweet potatoes. They use to prepare number of dishes from these sweet potatoes from sweets to crispys. What I am talking about is mid 1960s.

How are they made? Are they made with actual sweet potatoes? Do they taste like sweet potatoes? Are they filled with marshmellows?

Yes it's made of real potato. I boiled the potato, then peeled off the skin then smash it and add pinch of salt then flour then mix it all. After that for it in a donut shape. Heat the pan and add sugar to caramelized then put the potato donut and mix will until the sugar stick to donut
