Balloon Vendor getting help finally

It was a few days ago whereas a vendor who was selling balloons but got prank by a bunch of teenagers. At first they did settlement.But later with big help from celebrities and tv shows host they gave the money back and decided to continue with the case. Good thing that they decided to pursue a case against this people who have nothing good to do but prank people. I think this should be lesson to those that perpetrated this unacceptable behavior.

Hello @BarBaraPrz They probably didn't think it was going to blow out of proportion that would gave the seller degree burns. THey shouldn't hide their faces.

My niece is here so I can't watch the video. What did they do when they pranked the man? I assume they damaged something for them to have to pay money.

He had severe degree burns because balloon had gas air @shaggin Sadly, only one went to jail.
