Really? News comes out in North Korea? Whoaaa! Whatever.... Except for netflix's Crash Landing on You, which my daughter and my sister view, all I know of that other half of Korea is a people forever militant. The Covid-19 has changed that. North Korea has sounded the alarm via news that a deadly disease caused by a highly contagious novel coronavirus, without saying, could penetrate the people. What is interesting is the different kind of reporting of the news - how the news was worded, the tone of the voice, and the scope of the story - from the outbreak, the virus, to the respiratory/cardio-pulmonary/digestive system. Wow. If I was listening to that news for the first time, I would have succumbed to a cardiac arrest at once. Frightening.

The WHO is telling us not to panic or over react. Duh! The WHO cannot even be definitive about the transmission. That means we must over react and take necessary measures to keep contagion from our own community.

The novel coronavirus definitely knows no borders. Thus North Korea which is separated only from South Korea, currently battling the fast spread of the COVID-19, by the 38th parallel, has every reason to be concerned. A facebook report tells the novel coronavirus travels through pipes, thus over fifty million Chinese are actually infected. China has a grim prospect for getting our forgiveness at this moment. China has killed its own people.
