Mommy got very upset today I had an appointment to fix her hair and when it was it turns out that the hairdresser could not attend her because she already had many people, and my mom already had an appointment for today and had arranged it for more than a week and I changed it for next Wednesday, she is very upset because she deserves to cut her hair she is short hair and when she looks a little long on the side of her hair she already wants to cut it, I dislike people who are not correct !! How's your friends day? Any setback today?

That was an unprofessional behavior. They should have checked and not overbooked. That would upset their clients and it is not good for any business. Hope your mom could get a haircut before lockdown.
