I love the way that Buckeye Arizona resident Natalie Reilly started a love campaign on Valentine's Day four years ago that her late mom who was battling cancer at that time did as a way to spend time giving away "Thank you for your service" notes that were written on a piece of paper. Natalie's mom before she lost her battle against cancer would travel with her daughter for a few hours a day to find a first responder who was in uniform to give him a note telling them that they are loved. Despite the passing of Natalie's mom, Natalie continued the work she calls "Nothing But Love Notes" as a tribute to spread her campaign of thanking the first responders for doing their duty to save lives. Natalie found out that by giving the notes of appreciation to the first responders and then police officers, she was gaining love in return from the people that she and her late mom did since they enjoyed reading the notes of encouragement since they do the work in saving lives that does not gain them a huge audience of thanks that celebrities and sports stars get. Natalie has recently found love from a retired police officer who received one of her love notes. Natalie is hoping that thanks to the free publicity that' she has been receiving in her local market that other people will follow her example since all of us like to read a good note for doing a job that takes a lot courage to do in saving lives without expectation of thanks in return sometimes.

You are correct since the Word Of God also says "God loves a cheerful giver."

Police officers and first responders are not exactly given the good guys treatment from the media that they should get.

Any time I have been in the hospital I got everyone's name and would send a thank you and a variety of cakes, cookies and candy---especially to the nurses!

That is very nice of you since my relatives and myself get water and meals to the bus driver that brings my nephew home from school.

What Natalie is doing is a wonderful idea since police officers and first responders are not admired by the people in a way that they deserve.
