When Can You Say You Are Contented In Life?

Contentment is something we have to learn, not through comfort but through difficulties.
You cannot be contented if most of the time you focus on your feelings, not thinking and looking the situation.
When can you say you are contented?
Is it when you don't have worry, complaint, fear and envy?
Contentment is what we all desires.
I believe God knows all my desires and I am contented what God has blessed me.

At night before I sleep, I try to get a feeling of contentment and more often than not, I feel contented.

I can say I am contented in life when I feel happy in any situation, and to have peace of mind and stress free., in that way I can deeply breath and makes me relax and could feel the contentment in life.

I find contentment when I am in good relationship with myself, family other people and life. I experience them in passing moments never lasting. But I try to condition my mind.
