Lactaid pills

After a mommy husband had a talk with our kids pedi last week we decided to get our daughter some lactaid pills to help with her stomach.
The doctors said from what she has been telling is that she might be lactose intolerant which wouldn’t surprise me at all since I myself had a bit of hard time with milk myself. I know my limits. So we told her till she learns which types of dairies cause stomach pains to take these lactaid pills just before she has milk. We also got her her own milk over the weekend which is missing the lactate in it. Which she has had before and had no issues with.
I’m going to be keeping a few in my wallet Incase she needs them when we are out.

It should help if not then she’ll just have to figure out what does give her and issue and what doesn’t

When my daughter was a few days old and experienced a bum stomach, we were prescribed goat's milk. The powdered version is quite expensive but it was good.

@ShyBear88 I am also lactose intolerant so maybe my daughter had inherited that from me. But now I can drink milk when it is mixed with chocolate powder.

@Alexandoy like I said humans in general are lactose intolerant. People with darker skin like black, or brown skin tone tend to be more son then people of white skin tone. It’s not a genetic marker it’s just a general thing that is common among all humans

@ShyBear88 it is surprising to me because I didn't know that lactose intolerance is common. I know just a few with that problem including me and my daughter.

We hope it does. I would rather not have to cut dairy out do everything for her. We already cut a lot of food out for her brother and dairy is one of his fillers
