Start a self-help plan 2020

I feel so terrible this day. I'm full of negative feelings and negative energy. I pray to God in the afternoon to help me relieve this negative thoughts and feelings. This evening an idea came to my mind. Starting today I will be on an intensive self help plan to achieve health, success and happiness. I will need to read ebooks, websites, a notebook and pens to write down my plan. It's my first time to really pay attention on self help. It covers my mind, body and spiritual care. Hope this will be a success

I need a lot of time for soul searching and self healing. I have a lot of stress and negative feelings. It's time to take it seriously

@dfollin Let us see. I will start this evening. An ongoing self care and self help. I need to fight negativities it really attacks me and it makes me feel sick

I suggest to start an activity, that you will do just for you. When I was feeling depressed I started dancing classes. Even though I didn't want to go some days they helped me feel good about myself. A hobby will work also, something that will help you focus on something positive.

Thanks for sharing what you do when depressed. I've tried a hobby like crocheting and it help me but now I stop it

@averygirl72 No problem, I think sometimes you can find good ideas from other people's experiences. I would suggest a more social hobby when you feel depressed , to take your mind off of things.

I find that sometimes listing to subliminal recordings helps and I found a positive thinking group on Facebook helps too. Please share what you find.
