I have seen this in my FB wall and I think it's worth sharing just in case you haven't read this yet.
I think I am dealing with stress for quite a time and I try to cope in every possible way. I think this serves as reminder not only for me but to you as well dear fellow myLotters.
Has anyone living a life that is stress free?

Stress is inevitable and the only way we can cope up with it is to have some downtime or else you will bury that stress within and worst case, have an adverse effect in our body. There are medications that can relieved that but having a peace of mind and getting away from your reality like going on a vacation will really help cope on that. Thanks for sharing.

@ZedSmart but maintaining a strong willpower also needs a perfect state of mind which is not possible if we are extremely stressed for a couple of days

It's unrealistic for anyone to think they will never have stress. But I agree that too much stress, long term especially, destroys physical health. I like the FB post you shared. It's so important to find peace and learn to cope with the difficult issues in life.
