Aside from fastfoods and restaurants, I think another business dominating the industry are pawnshops and jewelry stores. The two always come together and I can see every streets have one or more shops lining up for commerce. Nowadays, they also serve as money transfer centers. Have you ever tried even at once pawning your jewelry and other valuable items,?

Jewelry shops are very special shops here although they are increasing their numbers now a days. Being valuable lots of money is required for its establishment.

It's OK because without that, it would be a little difficult.

Seems like pawnshops are more concentrated with money transfers nowadays.

Yes, I have once tried to pawn my golden bracelet when I was in Pinas. It was an emergency as my father was in the hospital and I needed the money asap.
