Extra exercise today.

I woke up today at 5:30 as usual, did some online work and went out for my morning exercise. I usually do 30 minutes of exercise each morning and evening. Thereafter, I took my breakfast and got ready for the day.
No sooner had I got into the lecture room to study a topic on STIs, than I started feeling cold. I regretted wearing a top without a sweater, I thought it would be hot as usual. So I had to go back to my room which is within the campus, thank goodness, to wear a sweater. But mark you, the lecture room I was in was on the fourth floor and the lift is not working. So I had to use the stairs. Plus my hostel room is in the first floor. Luckily, it is easier going down, going up is a lot of work, but am still young so its just exercise.
After wearing my sweater, I headed back to the lecture room, and on the way, I was feeling like I had left something important behind, either in my room or in the lecture room. Then it occurred to me that I didn’t have my phone with me. And I panicked, because I have a history of loosing phones in that manner. My mind was racing and I was hoping that I left it in the hostel, not the lecture room. Anyone could pick it and I would have lost it, it has happened before. I once forgot it in the washroom, on coming back it was gone and I couldn’t trace it.
So I first went up to the lecture room, as it was the most risky place to have left it. At least in the hostel, my roommates would keep it for me. It was not in the lecture room and I panicked a little more as I headed back to the hostel. Luckily, I found it lying safely on my bed. My roommates laughed at me when I narrated the story and how I was feeling all the way.
So today, I have done a lot of exercise. Going up and down the stairs plus the morning exercise, damn! I feel so healthy. And I still have my evening exercise time.

I do indoor workouts guided by an app.

@a_jerobon I have done that in the past, it's very effective. But I prefer the group classes more, I feel.more morivated with other people in the group.

Good that your phone was not lost! Going up and down on stairs lead to powerful legs. So, it was not that bad you've had to return for a sweater.
