Problems in the company where you work ...

My brother arrived a moment ago, he was telling me that the company where he works will be absorbed by another, but there are many problems with the workers since they do not agree because they did not improve the salary, it will remain the same and they would lose the antiquity with this new company, they say that tomorrow the workers will take the company in protest since they will not allow this to happen ... I hope they can reach a favorable agreement with the workers ... Has it happened to you that your company where you work is absorbed by another?

@Aleskys Can they find any alternatives? I mean maybe they can start looking for another job in case it doesn't work out.

Yes I experienced that a long time ago 30yrs ago. New policies and procedures to follow and some was forced to resign due to job redundancy as they say
