I have this feeling in the morning that I feel so low energy. I don't feel like doing anything and I feel bored in almost everything. I see in the internet and it is a clear sign that I am having some depression. I just want to wait for the time where I can lie in the couch and just close my eyes and rest.
I said I need to help myself. I fight this low energy and I tell myself to get active, get moving, try be as very busy as possible. Yesterday my low energy makes me feel I don't want to do myLot. I don't want to be active here. I don't want any activity.
I fight it and now I'm back here in mylot. I am energetic I wash the dishes this morning and have some walk outside the house to buy something.
I should fight this low energy and boredom by being as busy as possible all the time

Do something that is productive like working or learning or socializing.

Just make up your mind to be active. And then everything will act accordingly

I'm not in the mood to do anything. I just want to be idle and just let the time pass by. Good thing I've decided to fight it and now I try to be as busy as possible

A friend told me that dark chocolates may help fight depression. Exercise also helps as it produces endorphins according to my OBgyne.
