Wrong Pair of Slippers

Please do not laugh at me on this.
I just pretended as if nothing is different with the pair of slippers I worn. It's not really the pair, the other other one is white and the other is red.
I'm hurrying to go outside to beat the cut off time of the garbage collection which is 8 in the morning. I did not notice I have the wrong pair until I'm halfway. I just proceed and did not turned back.
Our village garbage collection point is located more or less 500 meters from our house. Collectors no longer drive their truck to collect house-to-house. Schedules are Tuesdays for bio, Fridays for non-bio. The people are the ones to delivered their segregated garbage to the collection point.
I did not feel so conscious about it. Anyway, I'm not attending special event or elsewhere outside in our zone.

@ZedSmart I agree. I remember years ago I did something silly. I fell asleep on the lounge but the TV woke me up. And I was desperately trying to turn the TV off but it wasn't working! Turns out I was trying to turn the TV off with my mobile phone.

@resukill22 we should look down under even if we are on a hurry. Yes, that's OK. It cause no harm though.

I have had my fair share of wearing the wrong pair of slippers here too! LOL That's fine as long as you're just in the confines of your neighborhood and you are not going anywhere fancy i guess people wouldn't mind. Thanks for sharing.
