When I was a child

When I was a child, time has passed by much slower. A day was enough for everything I wanted to do and my energy was at higher levels, too.
Now, being an adult, it feels like time is flying by faster and faster. Days are short, there is no time for everything, and most importantly, my level of energy has sunk a lot.
Other things have changed, my interests are almost completely different on how they were when I was just a little kid.
How do you feel about the passing of the time?

I try to maintain a bit of my childhood in me, but even if we don't want to, we change.

With time, the shallow activities have become trivial. Shindigs are not exciting any longer.

@eileenleyva when I was younger, I felt the need to stay in daily touch with most of my friends. Now, I understood that everybody has his own life and occasional meeting is the best thing.
And when I was younger, I didn't like to read. Now, I enjoy reading books about how to become a better person.
