Millennial’s would never understand how hard research and getting information on the internet was back in the day. Today, in just a touch of a button or just a quick enabled voice command of "Okay Google", one will able to find a dozen results of what they are searching. Usually the new generation of today don't know that long before Google Search was a staple search engine website to this day, it was Yahoo! Search who was formerly the leading Search Engine website on its era circa early 2000s. One of the company's sought after searching platform is called Yahoo! Answers. Yahoo! Answers first launched on June 2005 and was solely unique is that it is a community-driven, Question and Answer platform or a Knowledge Market that allows users to both submit questions to be answered and answer questions asked by other users. Yahoo! Answers was created to replace Ask Yahoo! which was the first Q&A platform of the website but was discontinued in March 2006. Have you used Yahoo! Answers? Or are you familiar with the platform?

I used to be there all the time . . . I was even a Top Contributor in a certain category there. But I stopped because there were a lot of things wrong with the platform. People could choose a Best Answer for their questions - but that didn't mean that it was the correct answer - there was actually a lot of misinformation floating around there. People got mean too - I eventually left.

Yeah, unfortunately the rise of website trolling also infested the system also the audience on that platform but it was a great site during it's time. Thanks for your response!

Yahoo! is still there but it's not really that relevant anymore as there are more innovative websites that cater much on information research. Thanks for your respone.
