People who are popular in town are considered, "local celebrities" and they tend to influence a lot of young people here most especially on social media. But the question on how the face meets the attitude in real life is a real debate and you have to see yourself if they are who they really are in real life.
This happened to me a couple of days ago when I was running some errands downtown. I took the public transport and while on the road noticed that people were staring at a certain group of people. Out of curiosity, I looked over too and see that it was a Beauty Queen that recently won a title from a Beauty Contest months ago. She was really beautiful however, the looks did not meet the personality. Long story short, she was really mean and arrogant as well as her crew that were bringing her stuffs (maybe to a shoot or some sort Idk?).
Whilst they were off the bus, People were totally shocked because some of the passengers also know her from that said Beauty contest. It was not what they were expecting, we never see that coming.
Have experienced meeting a celebrity in real life and they weren't what you were expecting them?

I think that these types of celebrities, the "beauty queens" aren't exposed to a lot of fans and so they don't learn to become humble.

Yeah, I was surprised myself on her being cocky because she paints a sweet and kind persona online. Just goes to show that never believed any famous person on how they put something online because that's not how they act in reality for some. Thanks for responding.

@StyleWithSense My sister was in a beauty pageant when she was younger. She was only in a few of them. I think that if she had continued to be in them, she would have been insufferable and conceited!

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yeah that's most of the case but not all of Pageant Queens are like that but with that type of industry it's a possibility. I'm glad she chose a different path. Thanks for responding.
