Artichokes for dinner tonight...

I while ago I bought some Artichokes. I figured I'd better cook them before they got "funky". I had three, but only two would fit into the pot. I will likely save one for tomorrow night. I don't know yet what I'll have with it, if anything. Right now, I need to go and feed Angel, then I'll get one of those artichokes out of the pot and some mayonnaise.

We used to have an artichoke plant in our backyard. Mom got tired of putting them in the sink after picking them and all of the bugs coming out, though.
