Anger is Really Really Bad

I'm fuming with anger to a particular person this evening. A person who can't appreciate the so many good things you did but complain more about your little lapses. Anyway, I'm not going to tell more about this person. The person is not worth discussing anyway.
I will tell you how anger can impact us in negative ways based on what I have experience. When you are vocal about your anger and you talk a lot of things, it can initiate anger too to the listening people not just the person you are mad at.
It can also make a negative impression especially to people that heard you even if they do not know the story.
Another thing is the anger's effects to our health and well being.
While at the height of my anger, it's not only the blood rushing all over my body that I can feel. I could also feel maybe a chemical substance affecting my kidney. I don't know but I can sense the reaction like there's flaring on that part.
I want to say more but I am afraid to be defeated by the toxins that my body will be releasing. It could harm me more than harming the person I was mad at. I try to calm down and cool myself. I might lose control so I tried my best to manage the brake before it would take me to a more serious problematic situation. I'm glad I was able to regain control of myself slowly until I calmed completely.
Are you a good manager of your anger?
