I look forward to February 29 every 4 years but this time it was different!
Taking a poll I found most people wanted an afternoon party with the reasons ranging from "I don't like to drive at night" to "It would be more convenient during the day" and being the good host that I am it was scheduled for 12:30 PM which meant I had to be there before Noon to get the place set up plus the cake was supposed to be delivered early.
What did this mean? It meant I had to get up early---on my birth day!! What I do for friends!
