I Was Dumbfounded

In one of my posts last night, I mentioned that I was mad to a particular person . At time as I've got home I explained to the kid (the son of my niece who's living with us) to behave because I am not feeling well cause I have done wrong to myself for releasing my anger to that person and I need peace. The kid seems to understand. Todays morning, the kid woke up early and turn on the TV. Since it's Sunday, the show on the preset channel on early morning is mass/lecture by a Christian organization. My attention was on my cellphone but later I have heard the kid speaking to me saying, Daddy listen! look it's not really good to get mad as he heard the man on TV explaining the bible verse. I haven't heard it though but I'm speechless because I did not expect I will hear it from the kid.

Sometimes it takes a child to remind us of things we have committed and omitted.

Yes, that's right and they're more genuine and sincere than most of the adult does. Thank you.

I'm not a religious person but there are many good quotes in religion that help us in moments of adversity and needs. Your post made me smile because I was reminded of the story of the Emperor's new clothes. How many times have I experience a young child's keen observation that was contrary to our adult views.

I'm not religious too and I agree with your point.
