HAPPY SUNDAY FRIENDS. ANOTHER LONGEST WALKING DISTANCE of 6.0 kilometers I completed today. It's a new walking workout record I finished early this morning of Sunday for 65-minute walking along the city streets of La Carlota.
Having the most calories burned of 448 calories I have had today.

Congrats on your record walking. I just threw out the garbage this morning. I had stuff to do on the computer and make a phone call to get an appointment so did not have time to walk.

I exercise every day and during the week I exercise on a video online and walk when I can. I also eat less than I did before.

But at least you move though you walk less rather than remained inactive for several hours.
