Bomb threat at the Church

Yesterday I learned in the afternoon that there was a possible Bomb in front of the church. The mass was cancelled temporarily and people waited outside. Turns out to be fake. Then it resumed around 10.
Luckily, I wasn't there since I didn't go to church that day. But they were having suspicions about this man in the photo whom they think was responsible.
But rumors had it that he's just a mentally disturbed person that goes there often.
