Sold out
Of Toilet Paper
Hand Sanitizer
And every basic need
As the news
Emphasis the importance
Of washing your hands
Staying away from others
When you are sick
Aren’t these
Things you
Should do anyway.
I never thought
I’d have to say
I lived through the
Great Toilet Paper
Shortage of 2020!
This Paranoia has
To end
And washing your hands
Is basic hygiene
This is something
That shouldn’t have
To be emphasized on
The five o clock news.
Empty shelves
Panic buying
Leaving nothing
For others
Just isn’t cool.

Oh don't... I jinxed myself saying just the other day that there were no shortages here, well went online today to book my shopping for delivery and yep out of stock on pretty much everything haha :-)

After trailing around my town looking for loo roll I stumbled upon a shop that had loads, needless to say I kept my mouth shut about my find and no I did not buy them all :-) :-) I cannot get my hands on pasta, I have had trouble finding paracetomol and I have had trouble getting shopping delivered on a day I want as everything is already booked! For those who have stockpiled all of my towns entire pasta supply, watch out that you do not get cupboard bugs in it because they love that sort of food sitting in the cupboard!
