What do you do with watermelon seeds?

Watermelon is one of the fruits which has lots of seeds. I usually throw them away. I do not have a garden of my own in this apartment where I could grow it and even if I am able to,I am not a garden expert So what do you do with watermelon seeds after you have them?

We tried to grew watermelon for two years in a row and nothing came up. So now we buy them in the store and threw the seeds away.

@KityCat We grew potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, radishes and tried corn but it did not come up.

Those are small seeds we just throw away. There are big seeds and people sell it
