How to sleep healthy?

My sleeping schedule kinda messed up. I don't know why I keep woke up at 1 AM / 3 AM How can I stop waking up in the middle of night? :c

Get enough activity during the day, for me tiredness and a good food after a hard day work is an enhancement for a good sleep.

I have that kind of sleeping routine then. It causes me to fear then because I always awaken at the same time but as time goes by that routine just vanishes.

Gasp that's sounds scary-- I woke up randomly, but still before dawn. :( I don't like it.

@Micharica getting 5 hours sleep is fine. If you sleep at 8 and awakens at 1, that's still.normal .

You should try to go to bed at the same time each night. You should NOT watch TV before you go to bed or in bed. You should not eat too late and/or drink coffee in the evening. You can drink camomile tea before going to bed.
