Quick grocery trip

Yesterday afternoon I had to make a quick trip to the grocery just to get additional provisions and to settle bills due for the month. I opted to go to this small grocery in our village instead of going to my preferred larger supermarket, as the latter is located in a place where a patient has been diagnosed with COVID-19. While this small grocery isn't packed, I found it quite challenging to practice social distancing because we all had to line up at the cashier. It's even a shame that this grocery does not even provide sanitizers and alcohol for free use.
I'm just glad I was able to do all my tasks in less than 2 hours. After the grocery trip, we bought some fresh fruits from a sidewalk vendor and then headed home. I've disinfected the car, as usual, and my phone and have cleaned the house.
I'm hoping that I won't have to go to the grocery again in the height of this pandemic. Do you guys get your groceries online?

It is always good to stay away from places which show history of any illness.

We have restricted mobility here even though a community lockdown has not been imposed.

@Behindtheguitarbar I think so too. Although people are angry because there are many who got out of the city and went home to their provinces a few days prior to lockdown. And many of these could be carriers of the disease.

@almostoveryou yes, I think that's an effect method to stop the spread of virus. Back from end of January, my community had already been lockdown.
