...as least for a while, and this photo turned out so crummy, I'm so so so glad that I don't have to depend on my phone for pictures, anymore ! The replacement camera came the other day. Again, I set it up. Again, the light on the front did not come on to show it was charging. Again, I left it to charge all night. Last night when I was looking at all the little papers and books and everything, there was a number listed that one could call for technical support. So, once I got Angel walked and all of the stuff with my boss done after she texted me, I called the number. I listened to elevator music for about two minutes or three, then someone came on. I explained the problem. The young man on the other end said, "Do you have the battery inserted so that the brass connectors are in contact with the inside?" (or something like that). I looked. DUH..... I thanked the man profusely and turned the battery around. I probably put the battery in incorrectly on the last camera I had, and that's why it wouldn't work. Dumb, dumb, dumb....
