The A to Z of Me Challenge for today is R for real.
What you see on here and social media is what you get off the internet. Do I share every detail of my life? Nah, and I don't need (or want) to share everything. But what I do share is real. I'm just as family-oriented and friendly offline as I am online. The thoughts, feelings, joys, fears, accomplishments and challenges I share on here are legit. Basically, I don't put on a show for anyone, this is me. I'm gonna wrap this post up because there's not much else to say on it, and I still want to make one more post before calling it a night.

Speaking of writing and of the real stuff. I wanted your opinion I also post on Medium and I don't ever expect to get much there but I have noticed that people do quite well with real stories. I once started posting about my parents and WW II and what Latvian went through. I have all my stories and about my dad, since he was a Latvian poet and writer. They are longer stories perhaps I should try posting some there. What do you think? I know such long stores would not go over big here or on Virily. Perhaps also Vocal? I suppose I should choose on or the other.

I'm not familiar with Medium or Vocal, but the only thing I can say is to give it a whirl. Like, start with one, and if it works out, you can always post more stories. I think there are many people who like to hear stories of real events, so I'd be surprised if they didn't do well.

Yep. I don't believe in being nasty or overly blunt though, as I feel there are ways to be real without hurting someone's feelings, but that's just me. Though sometimes it's necessary to be overly blunt, as some people don't get it the first time. But yeah, I'm real lol.
