Hi everyone! A very good evening to all.
Today my brother said he wanted to learn cooking.(he is eight years old) I am not a chef myself but I was happy to help. We made an egg sandwich, although I was the one who fried the eggs,he was the one who arranged and decorated it with tomato, cucumber, onions and cheese. And it was really good. He was very happy himself and I felt the same
What did you have this evening?

I am going to have my evening tea. Cooking is an important life skill and children should be involved in kitchen from a very young age. My daughters joined me in kitchen from the time they were toddlers.

@KityCat Yes. And you know it satisfies a lot of their developmental needs. So it's quite beneficial for them.

That's a good idea to teach your brother to cook. Although women do most of the cooking, guys need to know how for when they're on their own before marriage or if they never marry.

It is good that you are teaching your brother to cook. Being able to cook is a good skill for everybody and will come in useful in the future. The sandwich sounds lovely , did you help him to eat it too.
