What are Your thoughts about Abstinence and Celibacy ?

I would like to know your thoughts about celibacy and abstinence ? if anyone of you have experienced celibacy kindly share your journey and what are the pros & cons ? I have experienced yoga makes it easier to channelize the energy.

Thanks a lot I use to do regular asana before now i do more of breathing exercises known as pranayam and weight training less of asanas (poses)
