Banana here are sold a kilo nowadays and the last time I know it was only a dollar per kilo. After the announcement of that banana thing, some sellers are taking advantage of the situation and tend to overprice to 215 or over 4 dollars for a bunch according to my friend. A country known as banana producers, this should not the scenario but some people are just insensitive and cannot distinguish compassion and greed. No I won’t buy that banana. I’ll let these vendors consumed their fruits and let see if their kidney could handle the minerals they get for overeating. I will not buy also until their bananas rot because of their greediness. This has cause my blood pressure to rise.

Our afternoon snack was fried banana saba. I bought it this morning in the market. When they asked at home how much, I said 10 pesos each. Everyone was aghast. I was fooled by the vendor. That's very expensive - 1 piece costing 20 cents.

I will clarify this to my acquaintance how much is really the increase. Even if they double the cost and it will become 100 pesos, it's still not justifiable.

Oh! I heard about video talking about benefits of banana for corona. Guess! People make business out of every crisis. That's a shame.

@ZedSmart Oh! Such spineless people exist across the globe. See, people hoarding sanitizers and selling them at high prices. It's a shame that at a time when humans need to be more sensible and considerate, there are some who add to this crisis and create more mess.

Yes, if we do we are justifying their greediness. Let's boost ourselves with other foods.

I think that's not the case here considering that it's locally produced.
