I'm back home from my workplace.Am preparing to leave for evening walk. But my family members are insisting me to stay indoors. They are scared 9f coronavirus.
I go for evening walk alone.My.friends don't join me.In fact,I don't like them to join me.They walk too slowly.
What do you think?? Should I go for evening walk?? Or,should I quarantine myself ??

My opinion is that we should go for a walk, we should go out into the fresh air, it may not be a good idea to make it a night (not because of a virus) we need the sun..
If you can walk alone, all the better and safer. If a person does not move, is not good for muscles, is not good for the whole organism in general ... physical activity must exist, at least minimal

@LowRiderX Going for long evening walk is a part of my routine.I. go alone. My friends don't accompany me.And they are not interested in roaming in jungles. They spend their evening in restaurants and clubs or cinema halls. The day when I started this discussion I went for walk. But now it's not possible. Now we are not allowed to step out of our homes.

@LowRiderX I think you are right.Today the prime minister indicated that things will begin being normal from the third week of May.I don't know why he is so optimistic, but I believe him.I agree with you that a lonely farmer can not infect others.Coronavirus spreads through physical contact. Here the farmers are allowed to harvest their crops.

@Shivram59 I understand.. we are all in the same problem, i believe this will end soon and that we will all soon return to our daily routine
People speaks here... why people in the interior are being put to the key, farmers have to cultivate the land, if a man is alone in the field how he can be a threat to infect someone, there is so much illogicality, right?

@anil02 Mine is a small town.Sons of some rich families sometimes go to foreign countries.Tourists also rarely come here.So far as I know,at present nobody is infected by the virus here. But my family members watch news and all news channels are brimming with coronavirus news.Naturally they are scared.

@anil02 I have tried my best to reassure my mother and others in my family that we are safe here in this small town. Not even a single corona case has been reported.Despite all the corona news people don't wear masks. And I go for walk alone. My friends don't accompany me.They prefer spending their evenings in gossiping and restaurants. As such I'm safe from coronavirus.Am I wrong??

A walk is fine just don’t touch anyone. Make sure to wash up when you get back home. Walks and runs evening going to the parks is okay and healthy for you still.

@ShyBear88 Every evening I go to a jungle 5 kms from my home.None in my friend circle I'd interested in wandering in jungles.Every evening you can find me there in that jungle wandering alone. So no question of touching others.Back home I take a shower.

@marguicha It is the same here in our metro cities.People prefer to stay indoors. However in the small I live in people are not that scared. We are waiting for summer. For,as they say,the virus can't survive in high temperature.

@msdivkar Thanks for responding. Thanks for your wise suggestions. I went to walk and came back after two hours. As I mentioned in this post, I go for walking alone. My destination is a jungle at the outskirts of my town.Nobody else goes there.North do I meet anybody.

We here are allowed to walk our dogs--or, I suppose, ourselves.

It's better to be safe than sorry. If you go out, you are not just risking yourself but your family as well. So better stay home and stay safe.
