...and it has been about three hours or a little more since then, and I still feel full. Last night I cooked two pretty big sweet potatoes that someone gave me, and had one for dinner last night. While they were both big, I think that today's was the bigger of the two, because I don't remember feeling this full three hours later after I ate the one yesterday. So, I'm guessing I'll have a late/small dinner tonight. Whoo! At least I'm full of something good !
