By order of the President ...

I think that in reality it is about camouflaging the critical state of the supply of gasoline to the country. The president prohibited supplying gasoline, only to food dispatchers, medical personnel and journalists, and for this they must queue up to get a permit to be able to buy gasoline and it turns out that when you get to the service station it is closed because there is no gasoline. There is already a protest, because last week there was no dispatch of gasoline, we practically ran out of supplies, there are people in beds, who need to go out perhaps in an emergency How will pregnant women have to give birth, if there is no public transport? Or if God forbid something happens to you and you do not have gasoline as it happened to a neighbor who burned his hand and could not find someone to take him because he had no gasoline! This is maddening for these people ... I only have a quarter of a tank of gasoline and I leave it for some emergency and whatever I have to do I will do it by bicycle or on foot.

The government we understand are trying to keep people quarantined at home should in turn provide the services and necessities.

That's right, the essential and vital thing is to provide in a civilized way the gasoline dispatch and whoever is on the street without their permission to be arrested and ready
