Stress and anxiety makes my insomnia return. The solution I see is to ignore it to remove anxiety. I should divert my thoughts by recreations. The less I worry the more I will sleep easily.

I have had trouble sleeping for many years. This new medicine I'm on for migraines is helping me sleep much better and helping the headaches also.
