well, my husband has gotten us evicted and we have until June 1st to be out. i do have a back up plan but my husband doesnt know about it because the person i am moving in with is a guy and my husband is not allowed near there. he has been at his girlfriends house he claims is an ex which i doubt. not when he really hasnt been home in over 6-7 weeks. things have been looking up but not the way i want them to. we got evicted because of all the fighting and cops showing up and he cant keep his mess picked up. keep everyone posted

The only way to stop this is no fighting, not seeing him at all, file for a divorce, and totally stay away.

When everyone gives the same advice, it's a sign that you should pay attention. You need to leave him. He is no good for you and your child. Get away. If you think he is dangerous, or will come after you, get a restraining order. With the police being called so many times, it should not be hard.
