Nothing much better than having more free time at home. We can do plenty of things than we used to do because of doing a living outside
For today's lunch, I cooked chicken "adobo". For our foreign readers, adobo is a Filipino method of cooking having meat as main ingredients cook in soy sauce, vinegar and other spices and condiments.
I would say I cooked the dish just right but my fried chicken during the next round of my cooking was a total mess.

It's been a long time since we had chicken adobo and it was just the drumsticks. We used to buy a whole chicken and had it chopped but usually we couldn't finish all so now we just cook 6 drumsticks for the adobo. Now wastage.

That looks yummy. I made that recently but I didn't like how it turned out. I should've used wings instead.
