Absolutely has to be the BRAIN. You can transplant almost every other part of the body, except for the brain. Also, the brain controls all of your other bodily functions. If the brain malfunctions, it will affect the other organs. So there you go.

I feel all parts of human body are important to live like a normal human being.Each part of body is complimentary to other part of body.All parts of our body are very important

Each part of the human body is important, all organs work together in harmony. Although some are essentially more important, technically without one you could die.
