I understand the message. I understand how important it is to do. I don't understand how to make it a reality. I am here with a fever, again and a sore throat. I cannot be near my family. There is no much I can do that won't in some way cause a negative impact. Anyone have some simple steps that will help me get moving in that positive direction?

I agree that we need a positive mind in this critical times. We really do not know what could happen tomorrow.

@Writingghost to be honest, I am also feeling down so I am always in the garden pulling out whatever weed I can find. But when you are on a quarantine I guess your only choices are the tv and the internet. Maybe you can chat with people.

@Alexandoy if the weather is warm I can go out in the yard, if and when the sun comes up.

That isn't a good news. I would suggest you get yourself tested to rule out any doubt

If I were in your situation it would be very difficult to stay positive as well. But there's mylot, and hope that somehow this platform will be able to cheer you up.

I guess I can hope for that. Distractions can be good.

You just need to let your illness take its course. You need to rest and get better. That is what you need to do!
