I do everything to boost my immune system except exercise. lol. I get palpitations right after a workout. So, to strengthen my immune system, I always drink 2 cups of warm lemon water (before lunch time and after dinner), 4-5 cups of green and jasmine tea with organic honey, 2 cups of Apple cider (before lunch time and before bedtime), 1 tablet of 500 mg Vitamin C, 8 glasses of not so cold water, gargle with antiseptic solution (before bedtime), making sure that I wash my hands frequently, eating the right kinds of food, practicing social distancing, and keeping my surroundings clean. And this has been my everyday routine since the lockdown.
Do you have a routine to boost your immune system? Kindly share it here :) take care!!!

I don't have a routine but I started taking vitamin C and or multivitamins and supplements daily now ( I use to take only when I feel or think that I have too) Even before this Pandemic we always have turmeric, native lemon, bananas, green tea, mx3( mangosteen extract), ginseng capsules, lots of ginger, onions garlic, honey in the house, the so-called immune boosters popular now has long been part of our natural diet although we also have a lot of unhealthy foods in the house

Likewise. Even before that pandemic, I am taking lemon-infused water and apple cider :)
