What to eat.....????

Most of the times I am feeling hungry these day, since I am at home.... but the problem is if I go on eating Junk, I am sure to get health issues..... Now the point is, what to eat???? I tried to eat fruits and nuts but they aren't satisfying.....my stomach asks for more. Just wondering what rest of you are doing? Is anyone facing similar issue? Any suggestions to eat healthy?

I'm eating snacks through out day. Mainly dry cereal and fruit

We're almost out of stock of veggies and fruits; my sister plans to go to the groceries by Saturday to refill what's in our fridge. So we have to settle on biscuits and cookies for snacks now which also does not satisfy me:(

It takes a minimum of 3 months of eating healthy food before the addictions for unhealthy food comes down to a tolerable level where on has the willpower to resist. Addictions are very powerful!

Buy some cheese or butter. Eat them. You will be able to satisfied your stomach and it is not unhealthy

it is good..you are going getting healthy...........eat vegetable and juices . wheat..........yes wheat will satify your stomach
