A Simple Snack

Last day I bought some sweet potatoes among with other essentials. Prices are unusual but at this state, I would say that I'd no longer mind it as long as I what's inside in my pocket could still afford it. Today, I boiled some of the sweet potatoes for snack. According to my plan, I should mash the potatoes with butter and a little of sugar. However, the plan did not turn accordingly as we just eat the potatoes as is.

What's your favorite potato dish? Have you already tried sweet potatoes? It's a healthy food but some people do not like it because it will upset their stomach.

@ZedSmart Good question. This isn't really a dish but I love to make it every now and then. I bake potatoes and pumpkin. Then put them on a roll with gravy. I love it so much and sometimes if I can be bothered will put steak on it too. I have had sweet potato before and I love them.

Yes, knowing the fact that it is also abundant in our place, we can simply make a healthy snack out of it. My mother used to make a grated camote and fried them out from our harvest.

Are they sweet potatoes or just potatoes? The sweet potatoes look differently than the sweet potatoes here.

Yes, you are right there G. No need for sugar. I thought this variety has dry texture but it's soft and creamy.

That is proper frame of mind. What are you going to do with money if you will get sick right. I will ask my hubby to buy sweet potatoes as well. They are packed with nutrients.

That is true. It's healthy and I do not have problem eating with it as much as I can as other people would complain.
