If It Was The End Of The World It Would Be Different

Looters are everywhere ready to take advantage of stores, so forth. I watched a news video where one store was overrun by many looters loading up shopping carts. They were knocking over displays, making an awful mess. Some had big TVs in their shopping carts ... some had clothes ... I really didn't see any ... food. That shows where their priorities are. Material things before life-giving, necessary things. It was plain stealing in my book. Shame on them doing such things. I could see it was in a big city where so many people live ... so many people do without luxuries so many have. This was their opportunity to own a big, color tv ... something they'd never have otherwise. Is that a reason to go steal? I don't think it is. I was thinking for me to go out and take things from a store without paying for them ... and I'd feel okay with my choice is ... if it was the end of the world. I'd survive best as I could. What do you think?

There's no way to go back to find it now as much as I use my computer. Yes, such does go on here when such things as hurricanes, disasters happen.

@Sojourn "Police in Mexico City arrested 10 people on Tuesday night who tried to rob shops in four neighborhoods, the city’s security ministry said in a statement."

@kanuck1 I don't think we've seen anything yet like what will happen as time goes by. Gracious.

There was a video of people going to Louis Vitton and taking with them expensive bags that was shown on my local television. It was quite scary. Perhaps it’s a herd mentality going on where people see other people doing it and they too just follow. Monkey see, monkey do.

I agree with you. We are having lots of riots all over our country because a bad policeman killed a black man by holding his knee on his neck for almost 9 minutes. It was wrong ... now, people all races are fed up with police brutality, unjust abuse ... it's time for positive change. While the 'good' are going forward for change ... the 'bad' are looting stores, burning businesses hiding under the 'good'.

I don't think there is ever a need to steal anything. God has promised to help us.

Hello! Things are getting better for us now, I am praying. The looting and such happened here in our country ... in our cities, towns and not far from us. They began happening once again because of an officer killing a man while supposedly arresting him. It caused such outrage and I'm glad. It's time for the bad police to be caught for what they do ... they make it bad for the good police who really want to do right.
