No Sport!

A lockdown in England in winter is not too bad. Its cold and grey outside until mid April but to have no sport is depressing. Sport keeps me going through the winter. I really cant see sport starting up any day soon. Premier League are looking to play behind closed doors in July to wrap the season up but with CV19 still around I cant see it. It will be really difficult for sports people to get insurance to be able to play anyway. Most sports stars have contracts so they are guaranteed some money so not likely to want to play, Lionel Messi has been told he may have to take a pay cut of up to 70% of his annual 35 million pound wages. I just dont see anyway we will have sport for ages as the virus ramps up in November in the northern hemisphere. There will come a point in the next year where younger people will just have to work around an endemic disease C19 will become, including sports stars.
