A Year of Dinners 3.30.2020

I wanted to do something that I havne't done in awhile. Well I guess two somethings.
The first one was to make pulled pork. The second was to use the Instant Pot.
So tonight I am doing both. I am using the instant pot to make pulled pork.
I am also making creamed corn, and bacon cheddar mashed potatoes.
Should be a fairly good meal. And today as been a fairly ick day. So hopefully a good meal and something fun to watch will kind of make up for that.
What is everyone else making for dinner tonight?
