Day 19 ordinance starts

Today at 2pm the Virginia area now has an ordinance that the police can enforce. We have a lot of people practicing social distances but some of the younger adults like the 19-21 range where they still want to go out and party. So now the police can fine you or put you in jail if you don’t fallow it. We are allowed to go out for essential like food or medical needs. We are also still allows out to do excises or fresh air. Good thing warm weather is coming
