Of course, it will. Many small businesses won't survive the crisis.

For example what type of business it will hamper most. And what is the opportunity such regression brings to the new business comers. If you don't mind can you please elaborate.

@Mahaev What is there to elaborate? All businesses which lose their customers because people don't go out and buy things which aren't essential for survival and don't have enough capital to survive for several months will have to close. This is only logical.

@MALUSE do government can supports such business by providing low interest loan as well as decreasing the rental charge. What you think
