Extension of Tax Payment

Tax filing for annual tax returns has a month of extension too. The 15th of April is the deadline during the normal course but it was moved to the 15th of May. Of course, the Internal Revenue wants the taxpayers money especially now that the government needs to spend billions for the calamity. I haven't heard though if the extension applies to monthly percentage, withholding both compensation and expanded, and VAT payable, etc. But with the temporary suspension of most businesses and works, I think it applies to all tax type.
