Preparing our dinner

It is 4:46 pm here but I am preparing our dinner already. I keep on wondering how come I eat a lot during the quarantine period
Anyway, I marinated pork bellies in soy sauce with black pepper, chopped garlic and onion, some spices and a squeeze of lemon. I have marinated it for 4 hours and now I am frying it one of them on a slow fire.
I love the aroma. I will also add fried okra and sausage to it.
What is your dinner/breakfast/lunch?

I have asked my hubby to buy some okra and sweet potatoes. I wonder why he failed. I will ask again. Have a hearty dinner.

Hi there Janet!
That's quite early for dinner preparations but I understand, the Enhanced Community Quarantine does that. The pork bellies you marinated sounds really good. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I don't know what we will have for lunch yet but we had miswa soup and shanghai rolls for lunch. I went for seconds which is actually not a good idea but I just can't help it.
I don't eat okra, however, unless it is dipped in eggs and fried until it's crispy.

@Janet357 I was trying to locate your place I can’t find. I tried to sniff for the scent, maybe you closed the windows that’s why I can’t find your kitchen. So went back with My private plane again.
